Friends of Metung and the students of Metung Primary School held a planting day on Monday 3rd Aug as a follow up to National Tree Day. Metung Primary School is keen to participate in the rehabilitation and has offered up use of the School grounds for the Community Day Saturday June 13.
School children will learn more about the Reserve as part of ther science curriculum and will assist in identfying native and weed species and planting activities.
